How the Log menu learns what you track
Tap the round + Log button and five rows spring up. They are rarely the same five for two people, and they shift a little through the day. This is how they are chosen.

The Log menu starts from what you told the app (your stage and your goal), adds a little weight for the time of day, then moves up what you actually log and lets go of what you ignore. Anything you pin or hide overrides all of that.
Where the first five come from
Your onboarding answers set the starting order. Two examples of what the app shows at 3 PM, before it has learned anything:
| If you picked | Your five |
|---|---|
| Perimenopause, goal symptoms | Hot flash, Period, Sleep, Mood, Brain fog |
| Regular cycles, goal mood | Period, Mood, Cramps and PMS, Sleep, Energy and stress |
| Pregnant | Symptom, Appointment, Sleep, Mood, Weight |
Everything else is one tap away under More, grouped by body, mind, cycle or pregnancy, food and movement.

The clock nudges it
Small boosts by time of day bring the likely item forward. Between 5 and 10:30 in the morning, Sleep and Night sweats move up. Around mealtimes, Meal does. In the evening, Mood and Journal. In the hour around a medication you scheduled, Medication goes to the top.
Then your habits
- Moving up: every day in the last 2 weeks that you saved an item gives it a boost. Log water daily and Water reaches your five within about a week, even if your goal was sleep.
- Fading: an item in your five that you haven't tapped for 21 days drops back to More. Use it once and it returns.
You have the last word
Pin an item and it goes first, in the order you pinned, and it never fades. Hide one and it disappears until you unhide it in You, then My focus. There is also Reset to suggested, if you want to start over.
Things it will not do
Learning only changes the order. It never switches your life stage, your goal or which mini apps are on. When your logs hint at a change, such as no period for months, the app asks you once and offers Not now.
The menu is worked out on your phone from what is already stored there. More on that in what we do with your data.
Questions
Does the app use AI to personalize the Log menu?
No. It uses fixed, tested rules: the same answers and the same habits always give the same menu. The rules run on your phone.
Can the app change my life stage on its own?
No. If your logs suggest a change, for example no period for a long stretch, the app asks one question with a Not now button. Only your answer changes your stage.
How do I put something back in the top five?
Open More, find the item and pin it. Pinned items go first, in your order, and never fade.
Is my logging history sent anywhere to do this?
No. The menu is worked out from the data already on your phone, at the moment you open it.
