More in the app
One app for your cycle, symptoms, sleep, food, mood and movement. The screen shows only what fits your stage and your goals.

Sarah and Elena, the app's two trainers, lead strength, yoga, walking and prenatal sessions of 5 to 20 minutes picked for your stage, with an easier version of each exercise on screen. Sessions are written from published exercise guidance (NHS for adults, ACOG for pregnancy). How programs work
Today is the first tab, and it opens with your name, the date and a photo card with last night's sleep and today's steps. Under that sit 4 cards picked from your stage and your goal, so a pregnancy leads with the week and a woman with night sweats sees her symptoms first.
The first time you open the app, a short tour points at + Log, More, your main card, your picture and the tabs, in words for your stage. Skip it in one tap, or take it again under You, Help. You change your stage, goal and My focus (minutes a day, and what gets in the way) under You, Preferences.
The last row opens a shop of supplements and other wellness products.

Her Good Days runs on iPhone and Android phones. It speaks English, Spanish, Romanian, French, German and Brazilian Portuguese, and follows your phone's language.
The full list, each one linked to the page that shows it.
The four tabs stay the same for everyone: Today, Track, Programs and Insights, with You under your picture at the top right. What changes is the content inside them. Someone tracking her first periods, a woman 24 weeks pregnant and another with night sweats at 52 open the same app and see different cards, picked from what they told it in onboarding. You can change your stage or goal in two taps under You, My focus.
Period dates, flow, cramps and PMS.

Cycle notes and tests to share with your doctor.

Your week, appointments and symptoms.

Recovery, broken sleep and mood after birth.

Changing cycles and new symptoms, in one log.

Hot flashes, night sweats and sleep.

Strength, bones, sleep and medication.

First periods, with teen mode for 13 to 17.

The tabs stay the same. The cards follow her stage, so a pregnancy leads with the week.

Her week comes first: week 24 and 3 days, the weeks to go and her due date.

Your name and the date, last night's sleep and today's steps, then 4 cards picked for your stage and goal: a mood check-in, good days this month, today's plan, your symptoms so far, articles to read and, once a week, your week in review.
