Cookies on Her Good Days
This site uses the cookies it needs to run. We would also like to use Google Analytics cookies to count visits to this website. They are only set if you say yes, and they never see anything from the app or your health logs.
More in the app
Add a medication, a supplement or HRT with its times. When one is due you get a plain reminder, tap Taken from the notification, and the dose goes into your history.

Her Good Days is a free medication reminder app for pills, supplements and hormone therapy. You set each schedule, the phone reminds you with text that never names the medicine, and one tap on Taken logs the dose.
Around a dose time, Medication moves to the top of your Log menu. Taken doses show in your weekly summary and the doctor report.
| Reminder | Typical schedule |
|---|---|
| A daily pill, including the contraceptive pill | The same time every day |
| Supplements: vitamin D, iron, prenatal vitamins | Once or twice a day, at the times you pick |
| HRT patch, gel or tablets | Daily, or on set days for a patch change |
| Evening check-in | A time you pick |
| Weekly summary | Once a week, when it is ready |
| Weigh-in, wind-down, workout days | Weekly or daily, your choice |
| Pregnancy appointments and kick counts | From your own entries |

Each dose shows its time and amount. Tap Taken or Skipped, and Your list keeps every medicine and supplement with its schedule.

A name, an optional dose, what it is (a pill or tablet, a supplement, an HRT patch, gel or tablet, or something else), one or more times, and the days. A patch change can be one day a week.

Choose the days too, such as a patch change every Sunday.

When it rings, mark it on the notification or in the app. A missed dose stays open, with no red.

The same few lines for everyone: "Time for your scheduled reminder", "Time for your check-in", "Your weekly summary is ready". Nobody glancing at your phone learns that you take HRT, that you are pregnant or what you weigh.
The entry stays open until you mark it taken or skipped. There is no warning color and no streak to lose. Your history shows the gap, which is useful to mention at your next appointment.
| Stage | Typical reminders |

| Trying to conceive | Prenatal vitamins every day, kept under More in the Log menu |
All of them sit under You, Notifications, each with its own switch.
| Notification | When |

| Daily check-in | At the time you pick, off until you turn it on |
