Meal planner

The week's meals on a plan, the food on one list

Pick recipes for the week, or let the app fill the days in one tap. The shopping list comes from the plan, sorted by aisle, and a meal from the plan goes into your food diary when you eat it.

The short answer

Her Good Days has a free meal planner inside its food diary: recipes with protein and fiber per serving, a plan for the week and a shopping list made from that plan.

Fill my week puts a recipe on each meal, or you pick them one by one. Update from my plan turns the week into a list you tick off in the shop. Meals on the plan reach the diary only when you log them.

How do I plan a week?

Step 1

Open the meal plan

In Track, open Food diary. Recipes, Meal plan and Shopping list sit at the top.

Step 2

Recipes

Recipes with the numbers on the card

Each recipe shows its meal, the minutes it takes, the calories and the protein and fiber per serving, so you can see what it adds to your day before you cook.

Filter by High protein or High fiber, or by breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Tap a recipe to open it.

The plan

A week you can change one meal at a time

Each day lists its meals with calories, and the day's total with protein and fiber at the top. Step to the next week with the arrows.

When you eat a meal from the plan, log it and it goes into your food diary like any other.

Each day with its meals and totals.
Shopping list

One list, sorted by aisle

Update from my plan adds what the week's recipes need, with amounts, grouped as fruit and vegetables and so on. Add anything else with Add something, and tick each item as it goes in the basket.

Fruit and vegetables on the shopping list: baby spinach 3 cups ticked, then bell peppers, blueberries, broccoli florets, carrots and cauliflower florets
Ticked items are struck through.
