More in the app
Settle somewhere quiet, start a session and tap each time you feel a movement. The counter stops at the number you chose and shows how long it took, so you have a record to compare from one day to the next.

Her Good Days has a free kick counter in its Pregnancy mini app. From week 28, start a session, tap once per movement, and the counter stops at your target (10 unless you change it) and shows the time it took.
Every session is saved, on the phone or the watch. The app does not judge a count. The NHS says there is no set number of movements to aim for: what matters is your baby's usual pattern.[1] If she is moving less than usual, call your midwife or maternity unit straight away, even in the middle of the night.[1]

The timer runs while you tap the circle each time you feel a kick, a roll or a flutter.

Stop at the number you set or whenever you like, and tap Save count. The count and the time it took are kept.

You can stop early, and a session with fewer kicks is saved as it is.
Each session with its date, start time, number of kicks and how long they took, plus the average time across your recent counts. Seeing the same time of day across a week is the main use, and it is also a clear thing to show at an appointment.
It never labels a session as good or bad, and it never tells you to wait. A fixed line on the screen says to call your provider or emergency services if you are worried, and that line stays whatever the count.

From week 28 you can turn on a kick count reminder at a time you pick. The lock screen says "You have a reminder" and nothing about a pregnancy.

At week 28 of your pregnancy, worked out from the due date you gave the app. It moves to the top of your Log menu then.
No. It counts and times, and shows the history. Your midwife or doctor knows your pregnancy and is the one to ask.
Yes. In the watch app each tap is one kick, with a short buzz, and the session saves to your phone.
Pregnancy entries stay on your phone by default, unless you choose to back them up to your account. One button in the Pregnancy settings deletes all of it.
