Questions
Is Her Good Days really free?
Yes. Every feature is free, with no trial, no premium tier and no subscription.
How is the app free?
An optional shop for supplements and wellness products pays for it.
Where can I download it?
Her Good Days is on iPhone and Android. The buttons on this site go to the App Store and Google Play.
Who is it for?
Women and girls from 13 on, at any stage: regular cycles, trying to conceive, pregnancy, the year after birth, perimenopause, menopause and after. You can also skip the stage question and track by goal, such as sleep or strength.
What is teen mode?
For ages 13 to 17 the app keeps cycle, mood, sleep, cramps and learning, and leaves out the shop, marketing, weight-loss and calorie goals, and pregnancy and fertile-window features.
Can I use it without an account?
Yes, in Private mode. Tap "Not now" when the app offers an account and nothing leaves your phone: your health logs stay in the encrypted database on the phone. An account, if you add one later, syncs your history to a new phone. About Private mode
Does the app give medical advice?
No. It keeps a record and shows patterns in what you log. Questions about symptoms or treatment belong with your doctor, and the report is there to help with that conversation.
Can the app tell me if I am in perimenopause?
No. You choose your stage, and the app never labels you. It may ask whether something changed if your logs suggest it, and you can answer not now.
What goes into the doctor report?
Your period dates and cycle lengths, symptoms with how often and how strong, sleep, and the notes you choose, as a PDF for the dates you pick.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No third-party ads. We don't sell your data. Health logs aren't used to pick shop products for you.
How do I delete my data?
Delete your account in the app under You, or from the delete account page on this site. Health logs are erased from our server straight away.
Are the calculators accurate?
They give estimates from standard date arithmetic. The NHS says the 12-week scan dates a pregnancy more accurately, and the ovulation estimator isn't birth control.
Who are Sarah and Elena?
They are the trainers who lead the app's workout programs: Sarah for strength, stretching and walking, Elena for pregnancy.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone and Android.
