Made for the years when your body changes the rules

Perimenopause can run for years, and symptoms come and go. A short daily log makes it easier to see what shifted, and to explain it in a ten-minute appointment.

  • Your periods have become irregular, or stopped
  • You wake up hot, or wake up at 3 AM and stay awake
  • Your mood, weight or energy moved and you can't say why
  • You want dates and notes ready for your next visit

Inside the app

Everything is free, with no trial and no premium tier.

Sarah and Elena, the app's two trainers, lead strength, yoga, walking and prenatal sessions of 5 to 20 minutes picked for your stage, with an easier version of each exercise on screen. Sessions are written from published exercise guidance (NHS for adults, ACOG for pregnancy) and checked against our safety rules before they are filmed. How programs work

The app is free. It has an optional shop for supplements and wellness products, kept apart from your health logs, and nothing you track decides what it shows you. What you log is never sold or rented.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Every feature is free, with no trial and no premium tier.

How is the app free?

An optional shop for supplements and wellness products pays for it. The shop is kept apart from your health logs, and nothing you track decides what it shows you. Teen mode has no shop at all.

Who is it for?

Women and girls from 13 on, at any stage: regular periods, trying to conceive, pregnancy, after birth, perimenopause, menopause and after. Ages 13 to 17 get teen mode, with no shop and no weight-loss goals.

Do I need an account?

You can start as a guest. An account lets you sync between devices and keep your history when you change phones.

Does the app give medical advice?

No. It keeps a record and shows patterns in what you log. Questions about symptoms or treatment belong with your doctor, and the report is there to help with that conversation.

Which phones does it run on?

Her Good Days is on iPhone and Android. The App Store and Google Play buttons on this site go to its store listings.
