Doctor report

Walk into your appointment with dates

10 minutes goes fast. The report puts your weeks on a few pages, so you can point to "12 hot flashes, most after 2 PM" instead of trying to remember.

What is in it

The dates of your periods and the cycle lengths between them, each symptom with how often and how strong, sleep hours and wake-ups, and the notes you chose to include. Symptoms are marked as reported by you.

Every week, a summary

Each week the app sums up what you logged: good days, symptoms, sleep, food, movement and habits. "Your week is ready" appears on Today, and the notice on your lock screen never says what is in it.

Monthly views compare longer stretches, and the PDF takes whichever range you pick.

The weekly check-in card: Your week is ready, mood each day as bars from Friday to Thursday, and a line saying that on nights with night sweats you slept 6 h 08 m, other nights 7 h 21 m
Your week is ready, on Today.

Symptoms, by count and by hour

"See my week" lists each symptom with how many days it came and how strong it got, and shows the hours your hot flashes came across the day.

The week's symptoms: hot flashes 9 over 4 days up to moderate, night sweats 4, brain fog 2, and a strip of when hot flashes came from 12 AM to 6 PM

What does Insights show?

Insights is the fourth tab. It turns your logs into a few plain numbers you can read in a minute.

CardWhat it counts
Good daysGood days last week, with a mood face for each day
SleepYour average a night, and nights with and without night sweats
SymptomsHow often each one came up over the last 14 days
WeightYour weigh-ins and the weekly average
Hot flashesThis week against last week, and the hours they cluster in

"See my week" opens the full weekly report: the good days gauge, hot flashes against last week, sleep and wake-ups. "Your month" gives the same report for a whole month, to see longer changes.

Before and after takes one symptom and a day you pick, such as the day you started a new medicine, and shows how often you logged it in the weeks before and the weeks after. It starts on the day your newest medicine went on your list, shows the counts, and leaves the reading to you and your doctor. Questions for your doctor is a list you keep as things come up, and it goes into the PDF.

The good days gauge in Insights: 23 of 30 days in October marked as good, this week as day tiles, 5 of 7, and a longest run this month of 10 good days
Good days, by week or month, with your longest run.

Your week and your month, on one screen

The weekly report is made from what you logged that week: the good days gauge against the week before, your longest run, hot flashes and sleep, then each symptom with how many days and how strong, and the hours hot flashes came. Switch to Month for the same report for a whole calendar month.

The weekly report for week 44, Oct 23 to 29: a good days gauge at 5 of 7 against 6 of 7 the week before, a longest run of 3 days, 9 hot flashes and 6 h 43 m of sleep a night
The weekly report: good days against the week before, hot flashes and sleep.

Questions for your doctor

Write a question down the moment you think of it, tick it when it has been asked, and add another. Your questions go into the PDF, so they are on the page in front of you both.

Questions for your doctor: two questions ticked, could my hot flashes be linked to the time I eat and is my sleep normal for this stage, and a box to add another
Questions you add go into the PDF.

Before and after a change

Pick a symptom and the day something changed, like a new medicine, and see how often you logged it in the 4 weeks before and the 4 weeks after. It shows the counts and says nothing about what caused them.

Hot flashes logged in the 4 weeks before and after Oct 3: 28 from Sep 5 to Oct 2, and 37 from Oct 3 to 30
One symptom, the weeks before and after a day you pick.
