Delete your account

Delete your Her Good Days account in the app, or ask here if the app is no longer on your phone. Either way, the health logs stored with your account are erased from our server.

Her Good Days, the app for iPhone and Android, is published by Asper Digital, LLC. Deleting your account removes it from every phone you signed in on.

In the app

The quickest way. It happens straight away.

  1. Open Her Good Days and make sure you are signed in.
  2. Tap You in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
  3. On the Account card, tap Delete account.
  4. Tap Delete to confirm.

The app shows "Your account is deleted." and signs you out. What you logged is still on that phone until you uninstall the app.

Without the app

Uninstalled it already, or lost the phone? Send us the email address you signed in with.

We then email that address to check the request really comes from you. Once you confirm, we delete the account within 7 days and write back when it is done.

You can also email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Her Good Days account".

What is deleted

  • Every health log stored with your account: symptoms, cycle, sleep, weight, food and water, mood, activity, habits, notes, reminders and weekly reports. These go first, at once.
  • Your email address, your name and the link to your Apple or Google sign-in.
  • Your preferences and the tokens used to send notifications to your phones.
  • Every sign-in on every phone.
  • The usage events recorded for your account and its phones.

What stays

  • On your phone: what you logged, until you uninstall the app.
  • Proof that we did it: a random ID with the dates of your consents and of the deletion. It carries no email address or health data.
  • Phone details: the random ID the app made for each phone, with its model and system version, no longer linked to you.
  • Backups: encrypted copies made before the deletion are overwritten within 6 months.
  • Shop orders: anything you bought through the shop was sold by the store that ran the checkout, which keeps its own records. Ask that store to delete them.

Used it without an account?

Then your logs were never sent to us. Uninstalling the app removes them. The usage events from that phone are tied only to its random ID and are deleted automatically after 25 months.
