The Log button

The five things you log most, one tap away

Every screen has a round + Log button. Tap it and five large rows rise above it, the ones that fit your stage, your goal and the time of day. "More" opens everything else.

One button, on every tab

The round + Log button sits at the right end of the tab bar, on Today, Track, Programs and Insights. Your thumb finds it without looking.

Five rows rise, with your last entry on top

For Karen, 47, in perimenopause, that is Hot flash, Period, Sleep, Mood and Brain fog. Above them, Again repeats her last entry in one tap. More opens everything else.

Different women, different five

These are the default rows for a few starting points, before your own habits move them around.

Pregnant? The week decides

For Sofia, 24 weeks pregnant, Symptom and Appointment come first, then Sleep, Mood and Contractions. Appointment stays near the top, so the questions for your next visit are one tap away.

Shortcut

Last logged, again

A shortcut at the top repeats your last entry, such as "Brain fog, 8:30 AM", with Undo. It shows what and when, never a value, and you can turn it off.

More

More, grouped

Everything else sits under More, in groups such as Symptoms, Cycle and pregnancy, and Body. Press and hold a tile to pin it to the menu or hide it.

Time of day

Time of day

In the morning, Sleep and Night sweats move up. Your pins and hides always win over the app's order.

Your Log menu, your rules

Under You, the Log menu settings hold two switches: "Again" at the top, which shows the last thing you logged so you can log it again in one tap, and "Learn from what I log", which moves your most used items up. Both stay on your phone.

"Reset to suggested" puts the menu back the way the app first set it.

Change or delete an earlier log

Tap a day in any tracker's history to open what you logged. Change the value or the time, or delete it, and an Undo shows straight away.

A log that came from Apple Health or Health Connect says so.

How the order is picked

The app scores each item from your answers in onboarding: your stage (cycling, pregnant, perimenopause and so on) and your goal (sleep, weight, symptoms, strength, mood). Items you use often over the last 2 weeks move up, and ones you skip drift under More. "Reset to suggested" puts the menu back the way the app first set it, and a switch under You turns the Again row off.

The scoring runs on your phone. Your stage, goal and logging habits are not sent to our server for this.

When your life changes

If your logs suggest a new stage, for example no period for months, the app asks one question and offers "Not now". Your history, pins and habits carry over to the new stage.

Questions

Why only five items?

Five rows fit under one thumb and keep the menu quick. Everything else sits one tap away under More.

Can I choose what is in the top five?

Yes. Pin any item from More and it moves into the five. Long-press a row to unpin or hide it.

Does the app work out my stage from what I log?

No. Your logs only change the order of the menu. Your stage and goals change only when you change them.
