Meet Sarah and Elena, your trainers
The workout programs in Her Good Days are led by two trainers you can see and hear. Sarah covers strength, stretching and walking; Elena covers pregnancy.

Leads yoga, stretching, tai chi, walking and gentle strength, for regular cycles, perimenopause, menopause and after.

Leads prenatal yoga, breathing and walking. She is visibly pregnant on screen, so the moves you follow are ones made for pregnancy.
Why one trainer per program?
A program runs for weeks, in several lengths and levels, with captions, a transcript and an audio-only version. Keeping the same face and voice from week one to week twelve makes it feel like one teacher, and you learn her cues once.
What goes into each session
- Which exercises go into a session, their order and their timing.
- The easier version of each move, which stays on screen next to the main one.
- The check against our safety rules before anything is published, with stricter limits for prenatal sessions.
- Your choices: level, length, and whether you want video or audio only.

What a session looks like
| Part | Detail |
|---|---|
| Length | Short sessions, picked to fit the minutes you said you have |
| Levels | Gentle, steady and strong, starting gentle |
| Watching | Captions on by default, plus a transcript |
| Listening | Audio only for walks, stretching and tai chi |
| Offline | Download a session before you go |

Where you'll see them
Sarah appears on the programs page and on the perimenopause and menopause pages. Elena appears in the pregnancy section. Elsewhere on the site, the photos are of other women, because the app is for every stage and every age from 13.
Questions
Who decides what the exercises are?
Each session is written from published exercise guidance (NHS, ACOG) and checked against our safety rules before it's published, with extra limits for prenatal and early postpartum sessions. Sarah and Elena present each session as it was checked.
Where do I find a session?
Open Programs in the app and pick one. Each session lists its length and level, and the easier version of every move stays on screen.
Do I have to watch the screen?
No. Walking, stretching and tai chi sessions also come as audio only, and every video has captions and a transcript.
